Flux Raises $18M Series A to Bring AI Automation to Every Team

Arjun Mehta
Co-founder & CEO
Today, I'm thrilled to share that Flux has raised $18 million in Series A funding led by Accel, with participation from Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, and several angels who've built companies we deeply admire.
This is a milestone for our team, but this post isn't about the funding. It's about what we're going to build with it.
Where we are today
Flux started 18 months ago as an internal tool at a startup where Sofia and I were drowning in operational busywork. Today, over 2,400 teams across 40 countries use Flux to automate their workflows. We process over 10 million workflow runs per day. And we're just getting started.
Our customers range from two-person startups automating their first lead routing workflow to enterprise organizations running thousands of automated processes across every department. What they all share is a belief that their team's time is too valuable to waste on work a machine can handle.
What we've learned
The biggest insight from our first 18 months: the gap between "automation" and "intelligent automation" is massive — and it's where the real value lives.
imple trigger-action automations save time. But AI-powered automation that learns your patterns, predicts your needs, and proactively builds workflows for you — that transforms how teams operate. It's the difference between a tool that does what you tell it and a colleague that anticipates what you need.
That insight is what led us to build AI Copilot, which launched last month and has already exceeded every internal metric we set for it.
What's next
This funding accelerates three priorities.
First, we're doubling down on AI. Copilot is just the beginning. We're building toward a future where Flux doesn't just execute workflows — it understands your operations holistically and continuously optimizes them. More on this soon.
Second, we're expanding our integration ecosystem. We currently support 200+ tools, but our customers have shown us that coverage matters. Every tool that isn't connected is a gap in their automation layer. We're targeting 500+ integrations by end of year.
Third, we're growing the team. We're hiring across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market. If you're excited about building the future of work automation, we'd love to talk. Check our careers page for open roles.
Thank you
To our customers: you took a chance on a small team with a big vision. Your feedback has shaped every feature we've shipped, and your success stories motivate us every single day.
To our team: you've built something remarkable in 18 months. This funding is recognition of your work, and fuel for what's ahead.
To our investors: thank you for believing in the mission. We won't let you down.
The best is ahead. Let's build.
